Our current multi-family portfolio consists of 2,000 units. Most of this is A-
to B+ class, market rate. With our client’s goals at the center of our
strategic initiatives, our occupancy rates and profitability are unparalleled.
The formula to our success is three fold; product quality & location,
service and re-investment.
We provide spacious apartment homes with premium appointments. Our locations
offer the best in terms of convenience and residential setting. Our curb appeal
is garden-quality. Each community offers a host of leisure and recreational
amenities.
Our product quality is equal to the service we offer our residents. Each
community provides professional, on-site management. 24-hour maintenance is
available as well as evening courtesy patrol. And of course, we go the extra
mile with a year round, pro-active resident retention program. In 2004, our
retention rate was 78% – compared to an industry average of 50%.
CPM's portfolio is continually maintained and upgraded. Our managers review
each unit at every turn to ensure that a new resident feels like they are
moving into an apartment that has been specially prepared for their arrival.
The same theory is applied to our common areas and community amenities. We have remodeled all of our clubhouses and amenity centers in the last few years.
