Karen LeMire
Vice President of Operations
Karen has been with CPM since 1995 and ensures efficient and effective operational performance. She oversees accounting and financial analysis functions. Karen holds an accounting degree from Hesser College.


Nick Scarfo
Vice President of Finance

Nick joined CPM in 1996. He is responsible for all phases of accounting, financial reporting and analysis. Nick holds an MBA from Northeastern University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Boston College.


Lisa Santullo
Vice President of Property Management

Lisa has been with CPM since 2001 and oversees management of the company’s residential and commercial portfolio. Lisa has served as the President of the New Hampshire Apartment Association and is a faculty member of the National Apartment Association Education Institute. She holds an MBA from Bentley University and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Salem State College. Lisa has also received her CAM and NALP designations from the National Apartment Association and her ARM from the Institute of Real Estate Management. She is currently a candidate for her Certified Active Adult Specialist in Housing designation from the National Association of Home Builders.


Steve Marsan
Director of Capital Improvements

Steve joined CPM in 2002 and oversees the physical improvements to the current portfolio. This includes complete rehabilitation of some communities and on-going preventative maintenance.
