Q. Can I have pets?
A. CPM properties, except for The Regency Collection, are pet friendly. Please click here for more information.

Q. How do I put in a request for maintenance?
A. You may use the on-line maintenance request form. If your have an emergency, please contact your community office for emergency maintenance service.

Q. How long will it take to complete my maintenance request?
A. All maintenance requests are prioritized. CPM provides 24-hour emergency maintenance service. For routine service calls, you should expect our maintenance technicians within 24 – 48 hours.

Q. How can I find out if CPM is doing snow removal within my community?
A. Please visit the "snow plow status" section within the message boards for updated snow removal information.

Q. When will I receive my lease renewal?
A. Your lease renewal package will be delivered to your door 60 days prior to your lease expiration date.

Q. I need a smaller or larger size apartment. What can I do?
A. Please contact one of our Residential Specialists at your community leasing office.

Q. I’ve lived in my apartment for several years and would like to have my flooring replaced. What can I do?
A. Please contact your management office and they can assist you with your request.

Q. I've lived in my apartment for several years and would like to have my strove, dishwasher or refrigerator tile replaced. What can I do?
A. Please contact your management office and they can assist you with your request.

Q. Can I have packages delivered to my apartment?
A. CPM communities accept packages from UPS, Fed Ex, USPS and other delivery services at the management and leasing offices. The courier should leave a notice on your mailbox stating you have a package that was left at our office. You will need to come to the office during regular hours to pick up your package.

Q. How can I place an ad in the resident newsletter?
A. Please email your ad to nburke@CPMproperties.net . There is a limit of 1 ad per resident per newsletter.

Q. Can I place a BBQ on my patio/balcony?
A. City ordinances prohibit non-electric grills on the patios and balconies. CPM provides designated onsite BBQ areas that you may use.
